DIY Bow Sandal-Faça você mesma: Sandália com laço

Last weekend I finally gave in and bought a bow sandal that I have been wanting for a while now.  The same day I bought it (after I had already worn mine) I went on the Swellmayde, a DIY website and saw this tip on how to make your own bow sandal.  It comes out beautiful. You will need:

Grosgrain Ribbon... Try white or nude.Old Navy Sandal

1. Tie a bow with the grosgrain ribbon. I stumbled upon this great tutorial on how to tie a variety of bows (here). So many adorable styles to choose from! 

2.  In order to keep the cut edge from fraying, you can add fray check (here) along the edge, or simply roll the edges two times and sew with a straight stitch.  

3. Then, add a little dab of glue, either e-6000 or a hot glue gun, and glue onto the sandal.

No último final de semana não aguentei a tentação e finalmente comprei um chinelo que eu estava paquerando faz tempo, mas para ajudar o peso na consciência, no mesmo dia (depois que eu já tinha usado meu chinelo) eu entrei no site de DIY Swellmayde (Faça você mesma) e vi essa super dica de como fazer uma rasteirinha com laço... ficou a coisa mais linda... fica aqui a dica, beijos, Dani ;)

Você vai precisar:

Fita de Gorgurão (como indicado no site, tente as cores branca ou nude)

Sandália rasteirinha em "T" - você acha no site da Old Navy

Como Fazer:

1. Faça um laço com a fita de gorgurão - a dica é entrar no site Under The Influence para ver os tutoriais de como fazer laços, um mais lindo que o outro.

2. Para que as bordas não se desgastem ou soltem, passe um selante de costura ao longo da borda ou dê duas voltas na borda e costure.

3. Em seguida, coloque cola na parte de trás do laço (use uma pistola com cola quente ou cola especial E-6000, para artesanato) e cole na sandália!
