Swarovski

The best customer service I have experienced lately!!! The crystal from my bracelet had fallen out and I went to the Swarovski to find out if they could fix for me.  To my great surprise, I found out that the crystals have a lifetime warranty.  All I had to do was fill out a piece of paper and leave the bracelet at the store. I received a confirmation e-mail and two weeks later, I received my bracelet in the mail.  The bracelet was perfectly cleaned, shiny, all taken care of, absolutely beautiful, like I had just purchased it.  It was in a box with a card.  Congrats to The Swarovski Sparkle Center for their amazing service!!!! O melhor serviço/atendimento ao consumidor dos últimos tempos!!! O cristal da minha pulseira tinha caído e eu fui até uma loja Swarovski pra ver se tinha como eles consertarem. Para a minha surpresa, descobri que os cristais têm garantia por toda a vida. E eu só precisei preencher um formulário e deixar a pulseira na loja. Recebi um e-mail de confirmação e depois de duas semanas, recebi pelo correio a minha pulseira - toda limpinha, brilhosa, bem cuidada, linda linda linda - como se eu tivesse acabado de comprar, dentro de uma caixinha com um cartão agradecendo pela paciência e tudo mais... O Swarovski Sparkle Center está de parabéns!!!!!! Dani ;)
