What's In My Beach Bag -- O Que Tem Na Minha Bolsa De Praia

Hey girls,

So finally Summer has officially started here in the northern hemisphere and Summer time means spending lots of hot days at the beach, I love it!!!!  Any chance I get to go to the beach, I am there.  I love the ocean, it relaxes me so much!!! Being out in the sun means having to take some precautions with your skin and hair.  Here are some essentials that are always in my beach bag.

Finalmente o verão começo no hemisfério norte e verão significa passar os dias quentes na praia, eu amo!!  Qualquer oportunidade que eu tenho, eu estou lá. Eu amo o mar, me relaxa tanto!!! Só que estar exposta ao sol, significa cuidado com a pele e o cabelo. E aqui estão os produtos essenciais da minha beach bag.

I always have a beach hat to protect both my face and hair from the sun rays.  Of course sunglasses are also a must.  Also a wide tooth comb to brush out the tangles after swimming.

 Eu sempre tenho um chapéu para proteger o meu rosto e o cabelo dos raios solares.  É claro que óculos de sol são obrigatórios. Sempre carrego um pente para desembaraçar os meus cabelos depois de um banho de mar.

I always take a magazine to read at the beach, reading it while sun tanning and listening to the sound of the ocean is super relaxing to me.

 Eu sempre levo uma revista para a praia, enquanto leio, eu estou me bronzeando e ouvindo o som do mar, pra mim, é super relaxante.

1.  Before putting on my bathing suit, I always apply Banana Boat Sports Performance Active Dry Protect with SPF 30 to my entire body.  This sunscreen doesn't feel sticky and it is water & sweat resistant.  When I get to the beach I re-apply it before sun tanning.  I also apply to hair, not sure if it will protect it, but I do it anyways.

2.  After I re-apply my sun screen, I apply Australian Gold Spray Gel with Instant Bronzer with SPF 15.  I am loving this tanning gel because it gives a good color even with all the sun protection I have on my skin.

3.  I don't expose my face to the sun at all, I haven't since I was 21 years old.  My skin gets dark spots easily so I avoid the sun on my face, plus it helps keep away the wrinkles, lol. Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock has been one of my favorite face sunblock for about 7-8 years now, I always have it.

4.  La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water is a part of my daily face routine and I love to use at the beach after a dip in ocean, it really refreshes the skin.

5.  Carmex Original Formula lip balm, being out in the sun makes my lips feel dry, so I use this balm to soothe the lips, even if I apply a lip gloss or lipstick on top of it.

1. Antes de colocar o meu biquini, eu sempre aplico Banana Boat Sports Performance Active Dry Protect com FPS 30 no meu corpo todo. Esse protetor solar não fica grudando no corpo e é à prova d'água e suor. Assim que eu chego na praia eu reaplico o produto antes de me bronzear. Eu também aplico no meu cabelo, não tenho certeza se protege mas eu sempre faço isso.

2. Depois de reaplicar o protetor solar, eu uso Australian Gold Spray Gel with Instant Bronzer com FPS 15. Eu estou amando esse bronzeador em gel porque dá uma cor linda mesmo com todo o protetor solar que está na minha pele.

3. Eu nunca tomo sol no rosto, desde os meus 21 anos. Minha pele é muito fácil para manchar, então eu tento evitar o sol, além disso ajuda a ficar longe das rugas, kkk. Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock é um dos meus bloqueadores solar favorito por uns 7-8 anos, eu sempre tenho um.

4. La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water(água termal) é parte da minha rotina facial diária e eu amo usar depois de um mergulho, porque refresca a minha pele.

5.  Hidratante labial Carmex Original Formula, exposta ao sol, os lábios ficam ressecados, então eu uso esse hidratante para hidratar os meus lábios, mesmo aplicando um brilho ou um batom por cima.
