One of my favorite restaurants in Fort Lauderdale is Chima Brazilian Steakhouse. The restaurant has this name because of a typical drink in southern Brazil called chimarrão which is a sign of hospitality and generosity.
The southern region of Brazil is well known to have the best steakhouses of Brazil and there is nothing better than to have a little taste of Brazil here in south Florida by visiting this restaurant, which has a great ambiance, with a cozy feeling and an unreal service of its own.
Chima is your typical style Brazilian Steakhouse, which is all you can eat various cuts of meats and the waiter will keep bringing the meats on skewers to you until you have had enough, so get ready to eat, a lot haha! Besides the all you can eat meats, the salad bar is mouth watering, make sure to try the Gorgonzola mousse and the calamari salad, it is delicious!
To finish it off, my favorite dessert could not go without trying, Crème Brulee (click here for recipe), it is divine there! For those that thought I was full after my dessert, I ate some of my husband's Papaya Cream, which I also recommend.

Um dos meus restaurantes favoritos em Fort Lauderdale é o Chima Brazilian Steakhouse. Esse restaurante leva esse nome por causa da bebida típica do Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil, o chimarrão, símbolo de hospitalidade e generosidade.
A região sul do Brasil é bem conhecida por ter as melhores churrascarias do Brasil e nada melhor do que saborear um pouquinho do Brasil aqui no Sul da Flórida visitando esse restaurante, que tem um ambiente super agradável, aconchegante com um atendimento único.
O Chima é uma churrascaria-rodízio típica brasileira, então vá com o estômago vazio e se prepare para comer, e muito, kkkkkk! Além do rodízio, o Salad Bar é de dar água na boca… não deixe de provar o mousse de gorgonzola e a salada de lula, deliciosos!
Para completar, não poderia faltar a minha sobremesa favorita, Crème Brulee (clique aqui para a receita), divina! E para quem achava que eu estava satisfeita, comi metade do Creme de Papaya do maridão, e também recomendo.
