Sun Tan With Protection - Bronzeado com Proteção

Hey girls,

So summer is finally here, yay!!! Even though here in south Florida it feels like summer almost all year round, but the season has officially started.  With that said, during these hot and sunny summer months is when we will mostly be exposed to the dangerous sun rays because we all want to hangout at the beach or pool to cool off our bodies and also to get that golden tan.  We all want to look like golden goddess during the summer, but exposing yourself to sun needs to be done with lots of cautions.  I personally love to hangout at the beach, it relaxes me, I love the sun and the ocean, but I NEVER EVER tan my face.  I have not tanned my face in over 10 years.  The reasons I don’t is because number 1, my skin is very prone to getting dark spots, I wear sunblock every single day, no matter what and reason number 2 is because of course we all know that sun exposure=wrinkles.  So you are probably asking, how can I still get a tan and protect my skin?  The answer is a simple one that we all have heard for many years, sunblock, sunblock & more sunblock!!!  Most people are aware that sunblock or sunscreen is a must, but what people do not know is that it takes about 20 minutes after applying it for your skin to be protected.  Most people do not apply it until they are actually at the beach, pool or any other place in which will be exposed to the sun.  What I always do is right before I put on my bathing or if I am going to a park, before I put on my clothes, I apply sunscreen to my whole body, from head to toe and when I get to my destination I apply again.  I also re-apply as much as I think is needed, especially after swimming or during any activity.  So here is a list of some of favorite sunscreens!  I hope that everyone enjoys their summer to the fullest (and if you are in South America, enjoy your winter) and I beg all of you, no matter what season you are in PLEASEEEEEEE protect yourselves ok!!!!

O verão finalmente chegou!!! Mesmo sentindo que aqui no sul da Flórida é verão o tempo todo, a estação oficialmente começou. E durante esses meses quentes e ensolarados nós ficamos expostas aos perigosos raios solares porque nós queremos ir à praia ou piscina para refrescar um pouquinho e pegar um bronzeado. Nós todas queremos ficar bronzeadas durante o verão, mas a exposição ao sol tem que ser feita com muitos cuidados. Eu amo ir à praia, me relaxa, eu amo o sol e o mar, mas eu NUNCA NUNCA bronzeio o meu rosto. Eu não pego sol no rosto há mais de 10 anos. A razão número 1 é que minha pele é propensa a ter manchas escuras, eu uso protetor solar todos os dias. A razão número 2 é que todas nós sabemos que a exposição ao sol = rugas. E provavelmente você está se perguntando, como eu posso me bronzear e proteger a pele ao mesmo tempo? E a resposta é mesma que você já deve ter escutado por muitos anos, protetor solar, protetor solar, e mais protetor solar!!! O que muitas pessoas ainda não sabem é que após a aplicação do protetor solar demora em média 20 minutos para a pele estar protegida. A maioria não aplica o protetor antes de chegar na praia, piscina. Eu sempre aplico o protetor solar dos pés à cabeça antes de colocar o meu biquini ou antes de me vestir e quando eu chego no meu destino, eu passo de novo protetor solar. E eu vou reaplicando o quando for necessário, principalmente depois nadar ou durante alguma atividade. Então aqui está uma lista dos meus protetores favoritos! Eu espero que vocês estejam aproveitando o verão (e se você está na América do Sul, aproveite o inverno) e eu te peço para usar protetor independente da estação do ano, por favooooorr!!!
