A simple and
delicious recipe ... worth a try!!
You will need:
- 1 can of table cream
- 1/2 cup (tea) grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons of butter, chopped (use a butter stick)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Parsley, chopped to taste
- Cooked Fettuccine
Directions:
Heat the cream in a double boiler and add the grated cheese go slowly. Pour the butter bit by bit. Continue stirring. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Once it is hot, turn off the heat and pour the sauce over fettuccine. Sprinkle chopped parsley and mix in the chicken that has been made separately (I like to season the chicken with just salt and garlic, cut into cubes and saute it). Enjoy !!!

Uma receita simples e deliciosa... vale a pena experimentar!!!
Você vai precisar:
- 1 lata de creme de leite
- 1/2 xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado
- 4 colheres (sopa) de manteiga picada
- Sal e pimenta do reino a gosto
- Noz-moscada a gosto
- Salsinha picada s gosto
- Fettuccine cozido
Como fazer:
Esquente o creme de leite em banho-maria e vá adicionando o queijo ralado aos poucos. Despeje a manteiga pouco a pouco. Continue mexendo. Adicione o sal, a pimenta do reino e a noz moscada a gosto. Assim que estiver quente, desligue e jogue o molho por cima do fettuccine. Salpique salsinha e misture o frango pronto (eu gosto de temperar o frango só com sal e alho, cortar em cubos e fritar).
